Hi peeps..wow it's been a long long time since i've updated my blog..

Anyway I've got good news to announce, as most of u know, I'm preggie!!! Hehe..4 months and counting..

Really anxious and excited at the same time. I'm anxious cos' I hope the baby will be healthy and no mishaps will happen. But I'm also excited cos' I can't wait to see my mini tam (it's a girl :)) It's hard to describe the thoughts of having a baby, it's like one of the wonder's of life.

Anyway my first trim was really really bad (I was puking non-stop like a merlion, even the gynae had to give me a week's medical leave) but now I'm at my 4th month, I'm feeling much better. And even if I missed out on my honeymoon cos' of the baby, I've got no regrets :) I believe it was fate. I may grumble to hub here and there but I love my mini tam and can't wait to see her. As I'm typing, I can feel mini tam moving in my tummy..hehe..

My next scan will be coming up soon and I'll update you guys soon :)

Ps: my tummy's really round now..like a watermelon..

Hi peeps..long time no post..a few reasons, I'm lazy (what's new??) and also I'm not been well for quite some time..for those who have been in constant msn-ing with me will know that I've been sick for a while...

Anyway a lot of peeps have been asking me how's marriage life? It's been good. I'm well adjusted to the west - in fact, I'm so homely now, it scares me..hehe

What has happened to the clubbing queen? No lah, cos' I've not been feeling well *_* Also, the best part of marriage life, my hub does the housework!! Yeah!! How to get this kind of gem? Hahaha...I love it!!! Ohh..and my dinner is always provided courtesy of my mum-in-law. Hence, I'm looking abit like a whale right now :)

I've also gotten my wedding pics..I think that's the only time I look good..maybe I should learn how to put on more make-up - kidding!!

I'm so bored at work now, it's killing me..got no motivation at all..

You can say it's at -100 right now. But who am I to complain?? I actually got an offer elsewhere but rejected it. So I'm staying in this place till I apply for another job or maybe I should just be contended and stay here till I grow old. I'm just so lazy to go for interviews - I mean you have to tell them how good u are etc...

Ahhh~~~ everything feels so mundane to me...what have become of the ambitious me? haha...

I think I'll just work one day at a time...stop being whiny and just work...

Sorry for the complaints..one of those emo and blue-ish days....

Wow..my wedding dinner is finally over :) The 2 hours of mayhem is over and I'm back to blogging. I've neglected my blog for many months..busy with work, wedding preparations etc..

For those who attended the dinner, thanks for coming!!! Though I didn't get to eat much, listen to the lovely band play (I'm disgruntled about this) but from the bottom of my heart, THANKss!!!

Anyway right now, I'm feeling lousy, not as in lousy with the wedding, lousy as in I'm sick. Yup, I've been sick for the past week. The flu is killing me, I've got no mood to go out. The fever is gone, but the flu is still there. Sobbb..

Hope I get better..this is really spoiling my mood.....

He was a brillant man..genius guy...paved the way for many other pop stars...

I refused to listen about the drug allegations, scandals etc..all I know is that he is a talented guy whose music was not just good, but great...

My only regret - I never got to see him live at a concert :(

My AM's in a meeting & I don't feel like working today...

Feeling super sian & tired - maybe it's Monday blues. I know I have a lot stuff to do but the motivation is just not there. I guess it's one of those days again...

Oh I've finally did my medical health screening and I'll be getting my results in a week's time. I suspect that I'll have low blood pressure - keke....

Anyway I've got this really bad bruise on my arm right now. Why? Cos' the nurse drew 3 tiny bottles of blood from me (continuous) while the needle was still in my vein. It was kinda cool. She took out 1 bottle from the syringe, put in another. Wahahaha..Am I a closet sadist? Kidding...

Aiya...my AM is back liao...ok lah, will stop here...

I was checking out Bui's blog and she was talking about her dream wedding....

And this got me thinking on my own wedding. My dream wedding would have been at a beach or garden...Somewhere causal, outdoor - not formal. In fact, I would have loved to hire a wedding planner to organise a theme wedding for me. Everything should be customised...

I always tell myself not to follow the trend of having one at a hotel, it was a No-No for me. I love being unique. Every time I attended a wedding dinner, I would always cringe. The part where the waitresses bring in the first dish with the poses and all that just makes me go "eeeee". But alas, in the end I'm having one at a hotel. What is this? Retribution for all the cringing that I've done?

Due to circumstances, an outdoor wedding is just not possible for me...with the economy so bad and the usual traditional relatives...a wedding banquet at a hotel is more feasible for me...

It's just sad. That's why I've stop buying wedding magazines and checking out wedding forums. The more I look at it, the sadder I become. I actually stop feeling that way for a while till I saw Bui's post and then I was like mmm...sad again...

Anyway what will be will be - that's my new motto. No point feeling like this. If I wait till next year when the economy picks up, the prices will increase and I spend more...

I'm sick of work. Yah, I know usual complaint...

Just sick of it...Sick of the fake smile that I show every time...I wanna say what I feel but I can't. I'm nothing more then a puppet there...

I was chatting with dajie via msn today and I remember this particular sentence that came out of our conversation - the world is corrupted. That's true...you can't deny it. That's what lead to this full blown recession. The American dream is gone, who wants to go to America right now? My workplace is also like that, looks good outside, messy inside...

Sigh...just sick of it..feel like puking (and it's not pregnancy I'm talking about).

Anyway sorry for the depressing post, maybe cos' I'm watching CNN on the G20 summit & I'm thinking that the G20 reminds me of my workplace - all talk but no action. They only talk but whether there will be improvements, it's another issue *_*

I'm not sure whether she meant to commit suicide or was accidentally knocked down by the train (unlikely) but either way, I think it's a sad way to die. I mean being hit by an incoming train is cruel. It's a lose lose situation - u die or u die. I was talking to "yam cake" today and I told her that if it's me, I wouldn't want to kill myself in that way. I think I would rather eat sleeping pills and breathe in carbon monoxide in a car. I think that's the quietest way to kill yourself. No jumping from buildings, using a knife to slash yourself. It's all so painful...

Anyway just a random thought, please don't think that I'm having depressing thoughts - I still wanna get married in July and eat my tau huay tomorrow ^_^

Right now, I have this crazy craving for tau huay (dajie u will be proud of me). I can eat it everyday and not get sick of it. I can drink the tau huay drink and eat the tau huay at the same time. And I'm so into Mr Bean's tau huay...not even the Rocher one can beat it. Actually I used to like the tau huay at Rocher but the standard has gone down tremendously...

Oh gosh this is really bad for me...Hub said that too much tau huay is not good for me, is that true? Something to do with joints being achy...mmm...

Oh btw don't you think the dog looks like tau huay - whahaha...I mean the colour..see my craving is that bad *_*

Sometimes it's great to just lie in bed..using the lappie and listening to Diana Krall's music. I need to feel calm for various reasons...lately I've been feeling very tense...

Anyway I was on a shopping rampant today...I bought 2 Diana Krall Cds. Actually it's pretty cheap - 50% discount!!!

I know that I can't afford to buy stuff unnecessarily (reason:wedding) but I've been wanting to buy Diana Krall's earlier albums for like the longest time. I'm usually hesitant cos' of the $19 price tag but who knew that it'll be half the price!! Lucky me...

Well..I guess this is a mini reward for me after such a stressful week....

I'm touched by the msgs I've received from my friends after the last post...

However nothing has changed so far, I'm still stressed as ever...pimples are popping up, I've lost a little weight (1kg to be precise). Did I forget to mention that right now I have a new senior mgr and mgr??WTF..need so many mgrs for what???

In regards to the wedding, I'm just praying that my mum doesn't go into one of her foul moods and pinpoint something again. I hope she stays sane until after the wedding day (or better, stay sane forever). It's like I never know what's going to happen with her. I really suspect it's menopause..hehe..I can't believe I said this...oh well...

Warning to couples that are going to be married: it's not a walk in park if u get what I mean...don't think after proposal can lovely-dovey ah...wait till u hear what your parents want (for me, its mine)...

I'm having a tough time...

Tough time at work - it's really really bad...alot of drama lately esp yesterday...makes me very fustrated with my workplace...

Tough time with the wedding - my parents are giving me a hard time. And you will think that it'll be the in-laws but it's not, it's my parents. My in-laws are the most "suai bian" in-laws I've ever seen...

Sigh...feeling really down right now and worst, tomorrow I've got to reach office at 7:30am for an event. I've got 0 mood left in me now...

How can I take one day at a time when everything is so OTT? To make myself more emo, I'm listening to Al Green's "how to mend a broken heart" now ^_^

Actually it should be how to mend my zero mood....

I always dread going out on V-day. It's so OTT with flowers etc...I remembered once when hub gave me flowers, I actually put it in a paper bag cos I felt so paiseh...

I'm realistic...I want cashhhh...kidding lah...

It's like a custom for me to go to chinatown a few days b4 CNY and the crowd wasn't as much as previous years...

It's 330am!!! I'm freaking tired but I'm still going to blog...I wanna make this my earliest post ever...

To commemorate New Year, here's my resolution for 2009:

1) Exercise more and eat healthily

2) Save money (at least 1k++ per mth)

3) Stop buying bags - expensive ones (i just got a agnes B bag - kinda regret about it now)

4) Point 3 goes for clothes, shoes...

5) Lose at least 2 more kg

6) Having a more positive outlook on work, life...stop feeling blue

7) Go for any health screening - this I need to go, feeling tired lately...

8) Need to go for regular dentist checkup - my poor dentist has been sending me postcards (true!!) to remind me of my checkups

9) Continue my jap classes, kickboxing classes...

10) Lastlyyyyy need more zzzzz...eye bags are looking so panda-ish..it's ugly...

Damn cheap right? It's just opp my place (one of those little shops that you'll blink and miss)...

But good service...I actually mess up a few nails cos I accidentally hit it but the lady still touch up for me with a smile....

I'm a little addicted to doing up my nails...next up I would like to have some nail art on my nails with some blink blink....

Welllllll..I love blink...if I can't have the actual diamonds, fake ones of my nails will do :p

It's been a while since I've blog. The reason is simple. Too much work and the sight of a computer after work, gives me a headache.

I can't wait for my 13th mth bonus. I've waited for this for a long timeeeee. I've marked my calendar - 18 Dec. Counting down the days....

Work is super sian, as usual. But I can't complain, look at how bad the economy is right now. As the saying goes - "lucky got job can already, don't ngiam (right spelling??). I was thinking of getting my bonus and leaving but talk about bad luck man. Recession, retrenchment..all the Rs..

Talking about ulu, I think I'm technophobe (is there such a word?). I kinda feel that facebook is really confusing...hehe...You will be amused but I actually registered an account 1 year ago and did not log in ever since. I found it too complicating with the applications etc...until some of my frens told me to log in and stop being a mountain tortoise...

So after much deliberation, I've logged in and started to add frens..hehehe. I know some of my frens are proud of me cos' I got welcome messages on my wall...wow right?how ulu can I be?

I'm getting older by a year in a week's time. It's really incredible when I looked back at the past 25 years of my life. The different phases that I've been through....

I was really rebellious in secondary school, started to mellow in Sec 4 and right down to my poly and uni days, started "hard core" clubbing when I began working (once I went to 3 different clubs in a night), mellowed down and now I'm going through a phase where I'm focusing on a healthy lifestyle...

Vege, milk, fruits, yogurt are my fab food now...hehe...

But all through these, I'm still with hub...I was 17 and he was 24...the high and lows we've been through...friends come and go but he is still there for me....

I never fail to watch it. And if I'm not at home watching it, I'll tape it using my lovely hubstation.

The host, Mike Rowe is freaking hilarious.

The good times are gone. This financial crisis is really bad. I mean even though I'm not feeling it yet but I know it's a matter of time that S'pore will be hit badly.

Stocks are plunging. Remember I mentioned that Europe will be hit next and it's true (http://sg.news.yahoo.com/ap/20081007/tbs-wall-street-f8250da.html).

And this comes to my next question? Do you think that the US bailout helped? Personally, I feel that it's too late. The damage has been done. If you're wondering, wahhh..how come I'm suddenly analysing all these stuff, it's cos' I was reading Time Asia just now. Really interesting article on what caused all this mayhem.

Also, I think that the next US president will need to do alot of damage control. Looking at the 2 US candidates, I'm not sure if they are competent enough. I feel that Obama is riding on the fact that everyone hates the Republicans and I don't like it that he has celebrities to advocate for him. It's like he's popular because of all this fanfare. Can he deliver is another thing. While McCain is a Bush clone, enough said.

I would have loved Hilary Clinton to be president though....US needs a woman president...hehe...

I can't believe that Massa and Kimi are not even in the top 10 position. And they were in 1st and 3rd pole before the race!! ahhhh....I am so upset...

Since the tainted milk incident, I've been reading labels of any products that I'm buying. Even yogurts like Meiji, I still check it out though I know it's not from China (better to be safe than sorry).

This is worrisome. Lucky I drink HL milk and not Dutch Lady. Oh by the way, latest news - there are now 5 more China made food products sold in Singapore that contain melamine.

I did something interesting yesterday. I went to Kampong Fish Therapy with my colleague, "yam cake". Yes, I went there for feet therapy from Dr Fish (that's what they call the fishes). Anyway it was pretty cool. The fishes were nibbling at my feet and being the bully (haha), I kept moving my feet around so that they could chase after my feet. The service was ok and I was almost tempted to buy the package loh (lucky I remembered that I still had facial packages).

I wanna say a big thanks to those who sent me well wishes via msn and sms asking me how I'm feeling. I'm feeling much better, my tummy ache is gone :)

Btw I'm thinking of going for a full health check up cos' I think my immune system is not that good. I've gotten comments from my colleagues saying that I look pale and kinda thin. But I feel that I look pretty much the same, no change. Maybe the eyes bags look darker then usual, that's about it.

Talking about dark rings, I need to buy a good eye cream soon. Right now, I have fancl under eye mask and phytomer reviving eye mask but that's not enough!!! I need a eye cream. I look like a freaking panda. Like a P-A-N-D-A!!!!! Anywayzzz I'm going to stop here...super tired...I feel like a dead fish now (refer to icon to see how I look like)...wahaha...

Today morning I had one of my foulest moods ever. I never understand why people must crowd in the center of the train especially at the metal pole. I was in the train and there were 2 guys holding the damn pole like it's a life or death situation for them. Excuse me? Please move in front so that the people behind can move right? And guess what I did? I felt so frustrated that I pushed my bag forward, not once but twice and shoved the guy from the back. Am I a gangster anot? Pissed the hell out of me. Not only did I purposely use my bag to shove the guy, I made sure that when he turned around, I showed the "dao" face..whahahaha..

I was ready for a fight..seriously. But he didn't do anything leh. Just showed me an embarrassed look. Chey!! I wanted to scold him man..

Wow, it's been a while since I've blog. Hmm..nothing much to add. Work is still as drama as it can be. Marriage life is doing fine. Haha..oh gosh..what should I write about?

Oh ok, I've booked my tics to Chiangmai. I'll be doing my Thai customary wedding there. It's going to be a simple one, held at my house in Chiangmai. I don't really need an elaborate one. Also, I can't wait to take a trip there cos' I wanna relax and get away from work.

You know what? Though I hate my job, I really like that I have a good Asst Mgr. I bet that if I left this place, I will never find such a good leader again. Cos' she's not from S'pore, maybe that's why she is flexible & decisive. If I got a female Singaporean boss, that will be the end of me. They are usually demanding, not flexible, seems to think that the whole world is against them..I hate this kind of person...Oh well...the dilemma right now is do I leave for greener pastures but end up with a rotten boss or stay here like a stale bread with a good boss (provided she doesn't leave b4 me)?

I've just finished editing hub's assignment and this module is a killer man. It's Strategic Management. Yewww..I hate this topic to the core. Even when I was doing my degree, I hated this topic. It was like yucks yucks. I can't stand the SWOT analysis and Macroenvironment. Usually I'll take 2 days to edit his assignment but for this one; I took 2-3 weeks to edit cos' each time I was always finding myself going completely bonkers. Guess what? I just watched Hell Boy on Friday and Red Cliff on Saturday. Fast right? I'm so movie-ish (new word invented by me). Anyway Hell Boy was pretty good but not that fantastic. I still preferred the 1st one....mmm...I wanted more killing and fighting man...hehe...

But for Red Cliff, it was awesome!!! I liked the battle scenes and the tactics that were thought up by Zhuge Liang and Zhou Yu. Plus after the movie, I had a crash course from hub on the 3 kingdoms. Actually, it's pretty interesting. Next time, if I have the time, I will post something about the history of the 3 kingdoms...don't fall asleep when u read it k...

The next movie will be Dark Knight and I'm watching it this Thursday!!!! Yeah man..my to-do list for movie watching is almost done. Just one more to go...

There are a few movies that I wanna watch. The first one is Hell Boy II: Golden Amy - cos' witty and sarcastic superheroes are cool. Second one is The Dark Knight - what more can I say? Heath Ledger and his crazy performance of the Joker. Third one is Red Cliff - shocker right? I'm a bit apprehensive about watching a Chinese movie, but I've seen the trailer and I think it looks like LOTR Chinese version (hehe). Plus hub likes "romance of the 3 kingdom" shows, so I think he will be trilled if I tell him that I'll watch it. But I hope it has English subtitles!!!

Anyway I think I'll be watching the 1st and 3rd one by the end of next week. I'm still anticipating when Dark Knight will be released. Btw I watched Don't Mess with the Zohan 2 weeks back and right now when anyone says "bush", I still think of Zohan (screamsss)...

I've not been inspired to blog lately Maybe cos' my AM is on leave, so most of the work falls on me. And when I'm at home, I'm usually KO so blogging has not been in my to-do list. I hate to work, period. Especially when I'm all by myself to fend against the **beep beep** bosses.

On a brighter note, I'll be eating sushi tomorrow. Yesh, with hub...I've got this craving for sushi since I went to Nihon Mura (Jap restuarant at Revenue hse) with Jaime & Helen. The sushi dishes are super cheap!! 99 cents man...Unbelievable!! Plus, the desserts are yummy...

Euro is finally over. 3 weeks of sleepless nights and looking like a panda are over. I'm glad that Spain won. After 44 years w/o a title, they deserved it. I really enjoy watching Euro cos there's always no clear winner. Makes the match much more exciting :)

Hey...I'm on leave right now. From Wed to Fri, I'll just be relaxing at home but I did something that I shouldn't be doing, I went to check on my office email and started replying some emails :p Well, the workaholic in me is still there.

Anyway last Sat, I went to watch the SATC movie. One word - great!!! I really liked it and the songs in the movie were sooo nice, it really complements each scene. So I bought the sound track after watching the movie and when I was queuing, I saw 2 other girls holding the CD too. That's how nice the songs were :)

Tired due to Euro 2008...

Went to my usual haunt, New Asiabar with Kak last night. I'm getting rusty, after one bottle of wine, I felt like sleeping. My eye bags were dark dark. Went home to watch the Holland vs France match and half the time I was sleeping on the sofa. The only time I woke up was when I heard "GOAL!!!!" from my dad. Anyway Euro 2008 is here and you'll be seeing a zombie-like me till the end of this month. This was what I told my part timer. She was saying that I look really tired cos' there were times where I couldn't take it and I nap in the office (that's during my lunch break). What to do right? Once in 4 years, I gotta keep myself awake to watch the matches and you also get to see other players besides those from the EPL. I kinda get tired of seeing those England players, overrated and highly paid goons. Btw a lot of surprises from this Euro. Here are my views:

1) What happened to the Germany that played against Poland???!!! Anyway kudos to Croatia. I'm proud of them.

2) Italy!!! You should be ashamed of yourself. World Cup winners indeed.

3) France, another disappointment. I'm not really a fan of them, but thinking that they were in the finals with Italy in the last World Cup, they'll have some tricks up their sleeves but I was seriously bored to death in their first match.

4) Holland, surprising doing very very well. I thought they'll lose steam since there's always internal conflicts within the team (too many egos), but they have been scoring beautiful goals.

5) Back to point 1, Croatia. Wow. I hope they can go far. Well, it's always good to support the underdogs. If they can repeat their 1998 World Cup performance, it'll be great.

6) Spain doing well too. Not sure how they will fare against Sweden today. It's a 50-50 game, both teams are above average but not as wow wow as Holland yet. Spain has always been known to start well and kinda fade away, let's hope they try to keep up their momentum.

7) Hmm..Portugal. I've not watched any of Portugal's matches yet. Due to a certain player who I can't stand (btw I don't wanna name him, he has a lot of fans). Let's just say he's arrogant. Go read the newspaper today. What's with his" Champ!! $$ " shirt? If you wanna go Real Madrid, just go...

1) Trying to lead a healthy lifestyle. Swear that I must go jogging (or walking) at least twice a week. Dajie take note..hehe..

2) Faced with a dilemma at work. Not sure if I should apply for a senior post elsewhere. Kinda feel stagnant here yet I'm very comfie with the people (except the management).

3) Bro coming back on 20 June. I think he misses us cos' he has been msging and calling home frequently.

4) Just bought a Coach bag last week. It's my 2nd Coach bag but pls don't say wahhh, so branded. Both times, there was a 50% discount so there u go, I'm not rich. Poor as hell right now. Shame on me. I feel guilty for this purchase.

5) Can't wait for my pay day. For the reason why, please look at point 4. My lunch is basically biscuits from NTUC.

As usual, I'm having a bad tummy ache again. Went to the toilet twice and feeling rather miserable now. I'm planning to eat some medicine later. I'm also feeling sore from yesterday's kick boxing class. It was actually my first class (the last one was cancelled). The class was not bad, at least I did sweat. I'm not the combat kind and half the time my coordination was all over the shop. Basically I looked like a fool ^_^

Anyway I'm going to dreamland now..I'm feeling the zzzz monster attacking me, plus tomorrow I've got a meeting at 10am..gotta look fresh, which I doubt will happen. The plan for me is to just show my blank face tomorrow (for an example of my blank face, please look at the icon that I used)..wahahaha..

I've got such a bad sore throat now. I really hope that it gets better soon. That's cos' I'll be heading to Bintan this Friday night!!! Woohoo..3 days of relaxation. But first I hope that this stupid sore throat goes away. I'm actually thinking of seeing a doc tomorrow to get some antibiotics so that I'll be good to go on Friday. By the way, I've signed up for kick boxing classes and it starts this Wednesday!!! Wahahaha...so unlike me right? Everyone gives me the "huh" look when they know that I'm going for kick boxing. Well...it's for fun plus hopefully I get to tone up my flabby tummy. Thank god, choon, jaime & helen will be there too. At least I won't look like a country bumpkin for the first class ^_^

I seriously think that the world is coming to an end. Maybe in a 100 or 200 years time? Just look at the crazy weather and you will know what I'm talking about. To cyclones and earthquakes within a week, Mother Earth is telling us something.

These disasters also go to show how fragile life can be. In China, 15000 people are reported dead while in Myanmar, over 200000 are feared dead. And there's also a 2nd cyclone that could be headed to Myanmar. It's sad...

I can't read the newspapers anymore. Makes me really emotional...

Happy Mother's Day to all mums!!! It's not easy being a mum so kudos to all mums out there. Hmmm...even though at times I can't stand my mum (constant nagging etc), I guess all of us, including moi still have a soft spot for our mums. My mum, for one, still thinks that I'm a baby. She treats me more like a baby than my younger bro. Maybe of my small build but somehow she still can't get over the fact that I'm not a kid anymore -_-

Anyway I bought for her a limited edition Okara Cushion Mask (from faceshop) for this Mother's Day though I have this sinking feeling that I'll be using it in the end..whahahaha (*evil laughter)...

I can't seem to get this sentence out of my mind - "Breakdown in Society". I heard it last night while watching CNN. I think this summarizes what this world is about, don't you think? From senseless wars to the undermining of the Beijing Olympics, it's a mad mad world. I guess when people around the world become more influential, the more chaos there is. The days of living a simple life is gone. You watch the news and you are like WTH is wrong with this world.

Actually I think that Singaporeans are very sheltered. We can be self centered at times, thinking only of our own needs and nothing else. Actually I'm not trying to be self righteous here. I admit, I'm also self centered and selfish. But I think that watching the news can sometimes humble you. It's good to be aware of what's happening and not be a tortoise.....

My back is aching again. This time around, it has been going on for a week. I usually brush it off but today my back and neck is killing me!!!!! I even bought the panadol for muscle and joint pain. I feel like an ah mah (don’t laugh alright). But seriously, I think there's something wrong with me. Maybe I should join some yoga or pilates class, maybe that will help me out...sob sob...

Obsession With Facial Products....

It's been HOT lately, with a capital H. Oh man..I hope it'll rain soon; the sunny weather is really bad for the skin (though I think fang might differ).

Anyway talking about skin, I just bought 2 facial products from Clarins yesterday so I've officially gotten a membership card from them (hee). I got the Serum Anti-pores Dilates and Gentle Foaming Cleanser. Hehe..this is really bad, I'm obsessed with facial products. Anyway I like products from Clarins. Not only do they smell great, I think the products are really gentle to the skin. I think I'll slowly use up the other brands that I have right now and convert everything to Clarins :)

I just watched Iron Man yesterday. Ohhh..I like it. I seldom watch superhero movies like spiderman (think he's a wuss - no offence), superman (guy in tights - not my kind)..

But Iron Man aka Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr) is really cool, not like your ordinary superhero who has all those inner demons etc. Iron Man is like an unorthodox sort of hero, so confident and witty..hehe..

Anyway the next superhero movie that I can't wait to watch is Dark Knight. Basically cos' of Heath Ledger. Another sad case of a talented man in Hollywood who died too young..

These past few days it's been soooooo hot..it's crazy I tell you. And I think it's due to this crazy weather that the mosquitoes are on over drive. I've got a total of 7 mosquito bites on both my legs. I look like a girl with dots. The bites are like those bright red kind. Eww...just imagine man, this is depressing...

OMG..it's really humid tonight & I'm sweating buckets but I have to blog about this (irregardless that its 1am on a Saturday night)...this has been bugging me since Friday and it's about................................the movie - Forbidden Kingdom -_-

Let me tell you, it has one of the most ridiculous plots I've ever seen. The whole time I was shaking my head cos' I couldn't stand the plot. I'm a realistic so when everyone in ancient China speaks English to this ang moh kid who somehow teleported himself there, I’m like huh. It's sooo stupid. And the script is so cliche. Examples: "There can't be 2 tigers in a mountain", "the gate of no gate" and the best one "you orphan bitch". I mean when did the Chinese in the olden times spouted words like "orphan bitch"? I almost fainted when I heard that. And when one of the characters died, I just couldn't stop laughing. Imagine a hero saves a girl and he says - "swallow, don't die". Alamak, how can I take this movie seriously?

I knew that this movie would kinda stink but since Hub wanted to watch it and his exams just ended, I was thinking that it wouldn't be that bad. And the truth is, it was very very bad. Even hub thought so. We had that stunned look after the movie. No, actually I think everyone had that stunned look, not only us.

One of the worst shows I've ever watched man....

I'm seriously seriously sick of work. Like what my AM says to me - she can't take this BS anymore. Ooohh..I love it how she says it with attitude. It's official, I really hate my job. Crap...this is nuts. Anyone who sees this post might wanna kick me in the ass. Cos' firstly, I've got no gahmen (translate this in Hokkien). Sometimes, I leave work at 530 (I actually end work at 6). Well, my AM always leaves much earlier then me. Like what she always tells me, we work for how much they pay us....And secondly, I've got a funky AM. Doesn't take BS from anyone...

But other then these 2 reasons, I really can't take it. It's hard not been able to talk about what's making me tick here. Basically of where I work, there's alot of things I just can't disclose. Who knows? I might get sued if I say more..hehe..so guys, please bear with me complaining about work but not saying anything in detail...

Here I am back again..many hours later, wide awake...

Right now, I'm actually trying to find a nice blogskin. Last night after my last post, I stayed till 2am finding for the right one. But all seem soooo umm, not my kind. I did try out out a few blogskins to see how it looks like but it just doesn't seem "me" so I reverted back to this one again. Crazy right? That's how indecisive I can be sometimes. When I'm getting clothes, I'm like yes, this is what I want. But trying to find a template for my blog is killing me ^_^

And the goddamn Internet is so slow today. Sigh..what else can go wrong man? Have you ever wondered why things just don't go the way you want? It's like some sort of unnatural force changes your flow...

It's like I want the internet to be fast but it's slow right now. I think god is playing a trick on me, he's telling me to freaking choose a skin right now and make up my mind...

There's this strange phenomena going on. Everyone is addicted to PSP!!!

Why this sudden outburst you might think..That's cos....I saw like 5 people playing it while I was in the train!!! And that's like only one side of the train cabin. If I were to look from one end to the other, I bet there'll be like more people playing it. Honestly speaking, I don't understand why people would wanna play their PSP in a crowded train while standing. Wanna play, go home and play lah. The train is so crowded and it's like everyone is pushing one another, yet I see someone playing the PSP. I wanna smack that person...seriously...gets on my nerves...

Humans = fakers. Okay, this is from my general point of view. Btw this is not directed at anyone, just what I observed. For instance, when u are at work, your boss makes you do something that makes your temperature boil but u just keep quiet. Or maybe you can't stand someone, but you still smile at that person. I have to admit, I'm one of those. And in actual fact, how "saintly" a person is, I bet that person also has moments like this. We are such hypocrites...

I actually got this thought while I was on my way home yesterday. Thought of how humans are such funny beings. You simply hate that person but yet you act cordial in front of him...

Looking at the papers, you see how someone can kill another being for the most ridiculous reasons..we, humans are the worst...

Anyway, it's just a thought. No hard feelings ^_^ Just felt like getting this out..hehe..
